Takedown Notices
If you believe artwork on Owniverse infringes your copyright, email legal@owniverse.art with the work you claim is infringed, the listing URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury.
Counter-Notices
A creator who believes a removal was mistaken may submit a counter-notice with identification of the removed material, contact information, consent to appropriate jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringers
Owniverse may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material or abuse the copyright reporting process.
