Refund and dispute handling for digital design-asset buyout orders.

Before Acceptance

Buyers should inspect delivered source files promptly. If files are missing, corrupted, or materially different from the listing, contact support before confirming acceptance.

After Acceptance

Because buyout orders transfer broad exclusive commercial rights to digital assets, accepted orders are generally final unless required by law or a platform review confirms material non-delivery, fraud, or rights misrepresentation.

Disputes

Owniverse may review order records, listing snapshots, delivered files, buyer messages, and seller representations to determine whether a refund, replacement delivery, or account action is appropriate.
