Rules for using Owniverse accounts, listings, marketplace tools, and checkout.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful commercial-artwork discovery, listing, and transactions.

Marketplace Use

Creators are responsible for the originality, rights status, metadata, source files, and representations attached to uploaded artwork. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details, agreement terms, and delivered files before acceptance.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not upload infringing, illegal, abusive, deceptive, malicious, or privacy-invasive content, nor attempt to bypass platform security, settlement rules, or review workflows.

Payment Migration

Owniverse is migrating buyer checkout and creator payouts to US-friendly providers such as Stripe and PayPal. Legacy QR-code payment methods are not offered for new public checkout.

Platform Role

Owniverse provides marketplace, listing, order, delivery, and recordkeeping tools. Owniverse does not guarantee that artwork will qualify for registration, trademark, design-right, copyright, administrative, or court review.
